There is always room for improvement.....
ARay never hit the World Tour level but many of his Continetal level team mates have been able to make the leap to the highest events in the world. Through enough time and personal reflection, aray experienced what is needed to acheive short term goals and make preperations for serious competition 6 months later at the end of the season.
The general program includes Power and Heart rate analysis. Ideally we make at least a 6 month program so we can both see your current ability and analyze your strengths and weaknesses. I will go over your write ups and reveiw your uploads 2-3 times per week and we can chat for about 30mins once a week.
The intense program, similar to the general program but this will give more reassurance and connection. I will analyze your training uploads daily and will always provide relevant feedback. We can be in the loop more often to help you understand your body more.
Just have Training Peaks profile set up and the training can be laoded onto your page and we can go from there!
